All jewelry is handmade in Prague. All orders are produced once full advance payment is received and takes approximately 3 weeks to produce and ship. 

Full payment is due before any order is processed and produced.

Please note that once the jewelry order goes into production, we are not able to modify or cancel it. An email with tracking information will be sent when your order ships.
