TERMS & CONDITIONS:
When you order products at imjewel.com you automatically accept our trade conditions below, therefore we recommend that you read fully below before ordering with us. All orders are handled by email requesting product and price at: email@example.com
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY:
imjewel.com aims to dispatch all orders within 14 days, subject to payment clearance and stock availability.
As soon as we have received and approved your order and payment, you will receive an email with a tracking number, allowing you to track your package.
Danish orders are delivered with GLS to your nearest GLS Store. International orders are delivered with UPS – signature required. Please note that the parcel cannot be delivered without a signature and that couriers usually operate between 8am and 6pm on business days. You can specify an alternate daytime delivery address when ordering, for example your work address (recommended).
All purchases are ascribed a shipping cost. As every order is unique, shipping costs will vary depending on the size, weight and destination of your chosen items. We will choose the most efficient express service for your location.
Up to 2-3 weeks
Europe — delivery within 1-2 business days
USA — delivery within 2-3 days
Rest of the world — delivery within 2-7 days
We keep the right to cancel an order if the product is not available for any reason. If this is the case, we will notify you and refund you your payment.
When you make a purchase, we will require your information to be able to fulfill your order. We need this information to ship your order and keep you informed about order updates.
We will collect and handle your personal data with care and in compliance with the GDPR.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
imjewel.com provides a 14 day return policy, counting from the day of delivery. The products need to be returned in the original (protective) packaging, unused and in the same condition as received.

Please remember to save your postal receipt regarding a potential missing parcel or the 14 days right of return. We recommend using a trackable method with a signature required or purchasing the shipping insurance since we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If the return is accepted and approved, your refund will be processed in agreement with The Danish Consumer Protection Act § 21 pt. 3 and 4. We will refund using the same payment method originally used by you. Please consider processing time, it may take up to a few days before the refund is back in your account.
DUTIES & TAXES
You are responsible for any local duties or taxes that might be added to the order.
If you are ordering from within your own customs zone or country, import duties will not be applicable however you may need to pay VAT or local sales taxes. For the UK and the USA, these are included at the final stage of checkout.
The price you pay to imjewel will exclude all relevant import duties and sales taxes. As the recipient of the order, you must instead pay these duties and taxes directly to our carrier to release your order from customs. As we are unable to advise the exact amount, we recommend contacting your local customs office or tax authority before placing a DAP order.
For international orders shipped to customers in the US, please be aware that US Customs may ask for your IRS, EIN or SSN number before enabling delivery to your address. You will normally have one week to provide this information before your order is returned to imjewel.
